To get help, just bring your product into a Best Buy store. For any covered issue, we’ll repair your product, get you a replacement (if the product is available), or issue you a store credit or gift card up to the original purchase price, including taxes.
If there's a hardware failure, we'll repair or replace your product
This could be a problem with an internal part, how the networking product was manufactured or normal wear and tear. It could also be caused by dust, internal heat or humidity. Accidental damage is not included.
