I’ve written this as a review before, whenever I buy a big ticket item. I’ve only had to use it once - to replace a malfunctioning Osmo gimbal a year or 18 months after initial purchase. There were no questions asked, just a “we’ll take care of it” and I received, not only a new Osmo, but an upgrade, because it was the latest model. Definitely worth it!

The Geek squad installers were just awesome. The nature I was happy with everything before they left they cleaned up in a mess that they made which was none in the first place they wore their little booties when they came into my home. About 2 or 3 days after they installed the cameras I of course decided I think I want one moved, I went into the Best buy location on brookpark spoke with the manager they scheduled someone to come out the next week and it was done at no charge I am very grateful and happy with the service.

The one reason I shop is because of it protection plain a d how Best Buy stands Behind the protection plain. Never ever did i get a hard time. Best buy took care of me. The people help you till its taken care of!!! It a company with a heart!!! I will give them 10 stars out 1 to 5. My home is Best Buy thur out.
