Love the service I can receive fore the plan that I purchased!

worth the peace of mind. I've never had to use it but did have an issue with the volume control on the TV and the geek squad trouble shot it with no hesitation.

I own two of them now.....perfect for HT and music.

I hope it is worth it and it is not necessary to use this service

Hey, anytime I'm buying an electronic setup I plan to hang onto for a few years I always tack on the protection plan. If one component goes, NBD! Get the Geeks to fix it or replace it, all without having to leave home.
