I always feel like my purchases are protected when I order Geek Squad protection. Have been using this service for many years and products.

I purchased an inexpensive sound bar for my great-nephew. I thought it was a wise decision to also purchase Geek Squad Protection for a minimum price & in additional i received peace of mind.

You can never go wrong with geek squad any goes wrong they’re there to help

Overall, I don't normally purchase these but I did for my last sound bar and it paid off 100%. They get you with the fine print, though. Smaller, certain items are sent off for repair and could take 4-8 weeks. Only having sound from the tv was not an option so I had to buy a new one.

This is one service you hope you never have to use, but it’s great to have it there anyway

The warranty by Geek Squad is the best. No mailing your stuff in to a repair center. Just take it to the store & it's done so much quicker than the mail in warranties. If it's too big to mail in they are at your location in a day or two

Bought a new dryer. It was drying like we expected. Geek Squad came out fixed the vent pipe and cleaned out a built in lint catcher our house had that we were aware existed. Works great since then

Best Buy Will Never Let You Down with the warranty plan especially for all your electronic devices and if it's a big screen television they will send someone out to you to service if it goes bad

I purchased this Geek Squad for all products that I buy at Best Buy. It is good to have just in case something happens to my product. They will fix it or replace it if it can not be fixed.

Allways get Protection plan on high priced purchases.
