This is excellent for the price of the surround sound

My mom owned a previous Bose model and her system stopped working shortly after her warranty and she did not get the geek squad extended warranty and instantly regretted it. Better safe than sorry to have.

Love the geek squad.. there the best and very helpful.. everytime I have dealt with them never had any problems and guided me in the right direction for the right product that fit my need.. keep up the great job....!!!!

added this to a dji osmo pocket. covered for ADH now I can use my device without fear of me damaging it and not getting it repaired or replaced. Unless I run over it with my car, then that's my own fault...

Although I didn't personally use the service, but customer service was very kind over the phone. I love Best Buy and would trust their Geek Squad for any repairs if needed.

well i have had great service for Geek squad so, if anything happens I expect the same great service. Cant really rate it until i have to use it. going on past history. It was worth the money

Geek Squad initial service call was set up for us while we were in the store - two techs came out - I had already set up and configured the video and audio on my TV and soundbar, so they did not have much to do, other than check over all the settings - so far, service has been good

So happy that I purchased this protection plan in case I ever need it
