The agents mounted my tv to the wall and connected it to all my devices . On a separate issue the geek squad remotely helped me get my computer working again after it had a virus

I bought this as protection for a LG sound system I bought my wife for our camp. I haven’t had to use it and hopefully won’t, but feel much more confident owning it.

I always purchase the protection plans offered - I have dealt with Geek Squad often being a Total Tech member. I have to say the Geek Squad staff at my local BestBuy are the best.

These are fairly inexpensive so I just picked them up for anything I know I want to keep for a while. When they are needed they come in handy!

I heard a lot of good stuff about Geek Squad from my colleagues and friends. I haven't reported any issues in my 3 years of being a valid customer of best buy but I always make sure that I atleast get a warranty from them :)

I purchased Geek Squad service for my product in case it failed. It did fail & I brought it back & it was replaced. Well worth the money I paid for it.

We always make sure we have Geek Squad coverage on all large purchases we make. For sure all of our computers. We have always had friendly and knowledgable individuals help us with whatever we have going on. Highly recommend!
