Thank God I'm smart and purchase this plan whenever I get something from best buy. I've had to replace a Sony sound system twice now! Make sure you pay a little extra and get protection. Things aren't made the way they used to

Every interaction we have had with the Geek Squad has been excellent. They've been very helpful and professional.

In this instance I had a defective sound bar. When I went to take it back in due to not working they didn't just replace my bar with a new one they tried to return it and make me by the bar again. I got it sorted out with the manager but make sure they do it right.

Realize there are pro/con's to warranty purchases, However, over the years it has been a good return on our investments in computers and entertainment devices we have purchased.
