Don't Leave Best Buy with out this!!!

I've had nothing but great service from Best Buy when I've had bad luck with products and needed to use this service for replacement in the past. Definitely worth every penny as manufactured products (especially those from China) are just not as durable as what we could have expected in the past.

Geek Squad Service and Protection Plan

When a problem was discovered by the agent, he advised of the repair process. Ultimately, a replacement sound bar was necessary and included with my Geek Squad Protection Plan. I always purchase a protection plan because it is excellent insurance for technology.

Definitely worth it.

I can get a replacement with in a 4 year window. It’s actually good to ensure your expensive items. I payed $25.00 why not.

Perfect sound

I can't believe I'm saying it's better then my Bose sound bar and sub that I paid over $1200 for. The LG I got for a steal $300 to go with my LG oled tv the sound is so good not over powering nice and clear .

Geek squad could not fix issue. Bad policy

Purchased this with Geek Squad warranty for an LG Sound-bar that ended up having a well document issue online, and they could not fix and were unable to swap for a 1:1 like for like option of any other brand. Instore agents did however give me an in store full refund which was appreciated, but defeats the point of this warranty. They offered to exchange for anything else of the same purchased price, which is in direct contrast to the wording of “MSRP on receipt at time of purchase regardless of sale price” literature on Geek Squads warranty terms. So worthless warranty unfortunately, avoid buying.

Q: QuestionI have a 4 year protection plan on my Boss sound bar, the sound bar stop connecting to TV, phones. Can I get a replacement ?

- A:Answer In my case no, they give a refund of your original price of the sound bar, less the amount you paid for the protection plan. They give you store credit and you need to rebuy the unit at the new prices and a new protection plan.

- A:Answer my guess would be its not paired to tv. I had to try it a couple times when i got mine. I cant help you beyond that. Im not to tech savvy, YET! Maybe call Geek Squad for help or the company who made tv...just guesses here, i have called tv company more than once to get answers before.
