This is a "feel good" movie but as a result there are no surprises. You pretty much know exactly what is going to happen from beginning to end.

Not as good as I had heard it was but it still showed the racism of the late 1940's in baseball and in certain cities in the USA.

It was moving and inspiring. Focusly mostly on the good and not the hard truth. Overall it was casted and executed correctly though

This is a good story about a great icon in baseball history- Jackie Robinson. A great deal on the Bluray/DVD digital copy set.

It's an enjoyable baseball movie, but I thought it would've delved deeper into Robinson's career over time.

The movie quality was decent, i thought the actual film would be better than it was. Overall an OK purchase.

Saw this in theater when it came out & was happy to see it on DVD to buy as gift.

I bought this specifically for the UV code and it was not included. Even though the image and the the listing mention the UV code. I ended up buying the movie again on Amazon and it included the code I then gave away the disc I ordered from Best Buy

It specifically said Blu Ray but instead it was a DVD. Still I was a good movie and only like $6

Let me start by saying I am a baseball fan. If you are a baseball fan, I believe you will love this movie too. It is a great movie that I believe accurately portrays what it was like for the African American population to try to break into baseball. I absolutely loved this movie and would recommend it again and again!

This is the story us baseball fans have been waiting for. The struggle, the attitudes, the hardships that one of the most well known athletes had to go through we unimaginable until this film. Chad Boswick portrays JR42 like no other could, now for his interpretation of Jackie Brown..
