Solid product. My first smart tv and am wondering if loading of the apps is slow on all of them. Don't know if the infrequent sound going out for 2 to 3 seconds is verizon or the TV.

The only thing I didn't like was how I had to connect my tv to the Internet before I could use it, took a while. Love how there's a Netflix button, it's fast, very user friendly.

This was a great smart tv purchase for us, as we were looking to upgrade from using an apple tv and get a slightly larger tv so we could move the other one upstairs to replace an old small outdated tv where you can't even read the subtitles on movies. The only thing we've run into was the fact you can't type in the number of the channel you want to go to and either have channel up or down or scroll through the guide and select.

Wasn't really looking for a new TV but when I saw the price on this 48" set I could not pass it up. Previous experience with Insignia helped in this decision as I am pleased with the quality of this brand.

The Roku TV replaces the standard "inputs" with a roku feed style menu. This makes switching feeds from gaming platforms and other devices very easy. 1080 resolution is as expected. great TV overall.

my family really likes this tv. we upgraded from an old big box tv to this insignia and it is nice to be part of the 21st century. the roku connectivity is cool, the picture is nice, and it is sleek

This is a good buy in TV's. I was going to buy the regular Insignia TV, and use a Roku stick. When this set dropped to $249, I bought this one. The sound I think is very good. WI Fi connectivity was super easy, and the picture is more than acceptable. Setting up this set is easy, and there are many settings to achieve the desired viewing experience. I have seen the TCL version of this set, and the Insignia picture is superior. My only complaint so far, is a loud "clicking" sound, when some channels are changed. If you can get this set on sale, I would say buy it. Time will tell about it's reliability.

I quite like this TV. There are plenty of hdmi ports, so I can connect lots of devices. This is great because I'm a bit of a gamer. I also appreciate that I can get the roku application on my phone because... we are always misplacing the remote, and it also has access to more advanced picture settings among other things. The picture looks good, the price was right and I definitely can't complain about the size. All in all a good bang for your hard earned buck.

First smart tv - havent gotten to play with it much yet - will over the holidays. Have never streamed tv online before, either. The tv has a wonderful picture, though!

I love this tv. The picture quality is great. I would have given it 5 stars but the sound quality should be better for the size of the tv. Overal great purchase!

Remote has no numbers must click up and down to change channels,must turn volume up to hear ,need a sound bar...............

This is a reliable, quality smart tv. All of the apps are built in and easily accessible. The remote works well and is quite intuitive. Picture quality is excellent.

Went in to Best Buy to purchase antennas in preparation to cut the cord from cable. Saw this TV by the front door and decided to buy one. So easy to set up that even this old lady could do it.

Great smart tv for the kids upstairs. The roku system is easy to use and simple. By no means is it a 2000$ tv so you can't compare its picture quality, but for my kids and the price great tv.

I love the size and quality of the tv. I have had no issues with it so far, the picture & sound quality is great for the price and it looks really well mounted on the wall.

Very happy with my purchase. My only complaint is the remote with the side button. I have a habit of touching them at the same time I'm pressing the face button.

If you love streaming this T.V. is for you and its 48in to close to 50in without the price. It came with the Roku remote so its not complicated everything you need is right there for you.

I bought this TV to go on the wall above my fireplace. The size is perfect. It was easy to set up. Good instructions. I love the pandora and you tube features.

I love this TV and although the refresh rate is pretty average, its still great and the smart tv feature is a breeze and I have been receiving constant updates as the software improves.

Great TV for a budget price. The roku system runs just like a regular roku you would hook up. After some tweeking of the display settings I have the TV where I want. Easily worth $280!
