However, let me remind you that if you purchased it after 10/30/2016 you have an extended return period good until 1/15/2017 that you can validate at any Best Buy store with your receipt or order number. Remote is U handy for switching channels

You must use channel up and down button to change channels. Volume control is on side. Remote is a drastically different design. Picture is fine, like all other aspects of tv.

It is a little frustrating for some members of my house to get to the input setting of where they want to be. When you turn on the tv, it opens to a menu. It won't just open to the last setting where you were. So good tv, just too many steps for lazy people

Thats why when I found this 48 inch roku version on sale I bought it . I trust Insignia brand as reliable. The Built in roku just makes this TV so easy to use the picture and sound is good.
