Excellent picture as well as sound. Sound is better than my LG

The TV is nice. The picture quality is good. My biggest complaint is that the Roku software is not up-to-date. I bought this to replace a TCL that I could watch PlayStation Vue. 2 months later and the software has not been updated to support it.

This is a great television. But I am having problems connecting to the internet. It was connected for a few weeks. But as of now I cannot get it to connect. When scanning for local wifi signals, it does not pick up any signals. Other than that, this is a product I would for sure refer to a friend.

We for the most part really like the tv. It has had volume issues. It will sometimes go mute for no reason. Have to unplug and rebut. Also had an issue with the closed captioning being on. Also had to rebut tv to get it off. Other than those 2 issue it is a good tv with a really good picture.

This TV never worked properly, froze up non stop and the remote would only work half the time. Had geek squad out to repair it under warranty, they had to order a part. After 2 months of no tv the part had not arrived. Finally Best Buy approved a refund. The new TV we wanted had a small price difference and they made us pay the difference after explaining all of the trouble we had gone through. My husband had taken off 2 days of work waiting for the repair people and we had to buy a universal remote and a roku stick in the meantime to get any TV since we stream all of our programs. The general manager at the Best Buy store had zero sympathy for our trouble. It was the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. I would never buy an insignia TV again or shop at best buy again for that matter.
