Wouldn't get past setup

Unfortunately I couldn't get through setup as it would freeze on the last step. I reset several times, switched from wireless to LAN and no joy, so back in the box and returned.

Very bad product

Bad Apple

I'd like to think it was the bad apple in the production line. We have since purchased the non-smart version and the Roku stick which is working flawlessly so far.
