Nice size, sound, picture while it lasted

I really this TV for it's size, picture, and apps. Problem was that we had a picture problem after to 2 weeks and had to exchange it. The picture looked as if there was a res filter on. The 2nd one we got had the ROKU go out so we returned that one after only 1 week!

I am sorry to read about the issue that you had with it, however, let me remind you that if you purchased this product after 10/30/2016 you have an extended return period good until 1/15/2017 that you can validate at any Best Buy store with your receipt or order number. not as straight forward to set up as it should be.

Disappointed

I THINK THE TV IS GREAT

However, the price for a Smart TV, and the fact that my old TV (a 32" Insignia LED TV that is several years old and has never let me down) pushed me off the fence to buy this. I figured worse case, I schlepp it back and return it. My observations are that the sound is very good, and the picture is great. I have watched a few Blu-Ray movies now, and the picture is far better than the 1 and 2-star reviews indicated. And the sound, at least to my 53-year old ears, is very good. The remote took a little getting used to. Mostly because it is different. My only real gripe is that you cannot push the button on the wireless remote, and have the TV automatically pick it up. You MUST enter the password. And it is case sensitive. For a Verizon DSL user with the Verizon router, no spaces, all CAPS. But since pairing the TV to the router is a one-time event, no big deal. Also, regarding the remote, due to its size, it seems that every time I pick it up, I hit the mute button which is on the side, below the volume controls. Just need to get used to that!! I then downloaded from the Apple app store an app that allows me to link my iPad to the TV (just search Roku iPad n the Apple app store). With that app, I can now stream any video from ANY internet source onto my TV. That is pretty cool, as you are not just restricted to YouTube (which the TV comes with). I was simply looking to upgrade my 'relatively' small 32" TV to a 48" when I stumbled on this Smart TV. I figured 'what the heck' and bought it. And I could not be happier. This is not a very good TV just because it is cheap. It simply a really good TV.

Turning off on its own

Sound is cutting out/tv freezes

Terrible television
