Tv gets frozen while watching tv or videos
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just purchased this TV about 2 weeks ago and while watching regular tv if the signal gets lost the TV won't turn on or off or switch to another channel, second while watching youtube or videos it goes to the initial blue screen and again it won't start on or off, and it gets stuck, I had to pull the power cord to reboot it everytime it happens. I didn't purchased insurance on it since I thought it was going to work fine, it's not fair have this issues with a brand new TV.

not a good tv at all

Also the picture quality was just garbage. Simply bad. if you sat near the side the picture got really bad. granny and just not smooth. the remote was a bit small and needs more to it.why put the volume and all on the side of the remote? every time i grabbed the remote the volume went up and down. sorry but this TV went right back!

Decent entry level TV ruined by laggy Roku
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to return it because the Roku interface was very laggy. Insignia had a wonderful opportunity to combine the excellent smart features of Roku with an entry level TV and it failed to deliver.

Reboots continuously

Now the tv freezes, screen turns black then reboots. This can happen every few minutes to every 30 minutes. Sometimes it turns off before it even finished rebooting. So watching tv seems pretty pointless right now. I bought the protection plan. So now it's been broken almost a month. Seem to be getting the run around. They replaced one part already which changed nothing. The tech guy trying to fix the tv couldnt get the tv to stay on long enough to program it. Same problem. They wanted to try a different part but part wouldn't be available for three weeks. They weren't even sure that would fix it. Now I'm waiting to hear if I can be approved for a replacement tv. I have to wait 3-5 business days to find out. I really miss having a tv. I definitely regret having made this purchase.

So your paying for t.v. that doesn't get used. The sound will just quit, does it all the time. Takes forever to turn off, like 5 mins to cut off. It reboots itself on its own. Not a good t.v. for the money

Turn off turn on geek no help

Now my television is a blurry red with the sound. Customer not happy. Just a bunch of run around. Replace my tv or fix it . How many visits does the geek squad have to make to fix my set? Not happy at all. I want a new set.

Tv might work fine but I cant turn it on

Be aware to the items included list. because there is no list of the items not included. I purchased this tv to find it had no power cord in the box! when I contacted best buy they said its not on the items included list. You would think something as important as the power cord would be informed somewhere other than not on the included list. BUYER BEWARE !!

One week and problems already
