He enjoys it, but if I had bought this for myself I'd had been dissapointed. The sub is not powered. That's a deal breaker for me. If bass is not a factor in your decision, it sounds nice for the price.

Good quality for an "in a box" system

Not too "tinny" like the cheaper Samsung 500W system which I had previously. I had to adjust the sound levels to get it balanced properly. My only complaint is the proprietary plugs on the speaker cables is more of a nuisance than it is helpful.

Good Home Theatre System, few tweaks

The biggest kink(s) that I had with it were the wires not making great connection with the speakers initially. I re-stripped the wires and then all the speakers worked great, before that they were spotty.. in and out.
