My new Samsung system works wonderfully! We added one HDMI cable to make everything work with the new Samsung TV! Only problem was just one broken speaker wire!

Good price. I like Samsung products. This product goes well with my Samsung Hdtv

I just wish it had an optical input. Overall I'm really pleased with this purchase!

We knew we wanted a surround sound system for our new family room, but had no idea what was available. We found several choices at Best Buy and are happy with the choice we made.

This system probably sounds great, but didn't have enough connections for my setup.

only has hdmi output and 1 input. I have an older model that has 2 hdmi inputs.

if it had been without wires, it would have been better

So far so good! I'm not sure if the system is 4k compatible though....

We were in the market for a new surround sound and this one is so great! We love the sound and the blu ray player is awesome

It is impossible to use device without remote control and the key sequence for anything other than turning device on and off or adjusting volume involves random key sequences that can number more than 7 strokes. The complexity will become clear when the first time user opens the 40+ page user's manual and discovers that more than 90% is devoted to remote control use. Universal remote use is another issue. I have a Samsung TV with a fairly simple remote which will perform some home theater system functions. In many cases a function can be started, but not finished, with the TV remote. Unless you use the system every day or have an extremely good memory, you are going to be using the user's manual on a regular basis, so be sure to make a few copies because the pages will wear out rapidly

I found this was good but I need more so I went to a 7.2 system

It has good sound and was a good choice. Husband loved it

I was disappointed in the system. This is a replacement for my old Home Theater system which was almost identical. The surround sound that comes from the rear speaker is so minimal. They were here 2 times to adjust it, but I'm not a happy camper. I kind of was forced into taking this system.

We purchased this to replace a much more expensive home theater setup that went bad. It sounds really good and was an easy setup. Worth the price.

Wish you could add apps outside of those already loaded

Sound quality isn’t bad but music from your phone doesn’t play from all the speakers and as it gets louder the quality decreases, depends on what you’re looking for but I recommend building your own system with components as opposed to these home theater in a box

Took a while to connect the wireless subwoofer but everntually got it

I had the previous model from several years ago. I had the GeekSquad plan and it completely when bonkers. Found this and have been so happy with it!
