Works well when it works but sound seems to go out alot. Maybe it's a weird setting or I just need to work out the kinks.

Some of the speakers go out at times. Doesn't have enough bass and was difficult to get connected to my other equipment.

If you have an issue and have to use the one year Warranty. Know that you will have to pay for the shipping of the item back to Samsung

Did what it needed to for two years but didn’t last long not impressed with the quality

great sound for just a simple stereo but no way for a surround sound as advertised.

This system works great it’s loud but sometimes I have to unplug it and reset the system for it to work properly.

Stopped working after a week. We bought it to make our watching experience better. Did for a week not so much now.

Had it for about 3months a d it died now awaiting replacement. We will see how it goes the second time around

I had the 6500 previously. It had more features and was more expensive. This works great and the price is right!

Disappointed upon hearing the sound quality and capability. Not what I expected but good value for the price.

Issue is with this store in Las Vegas and not so much the product itself. Purchased a Samsung 1000 watt Blu Ray DVD home theater system for 249.99 last week. Set it up Saturday Nov 26 and central speaker did not work. On set up replaced with our old Sony speaker and central worked. Assumed defect so at 5 pm 11/26 returned to this store in open box and exchanged for one that works, When we packed exchange we inadvertently left DVD "Divergent"in player so returned to this store 2 hours after exchange at 7 pm. Spotted our return box still on customer service floor but now sealed and apparently inspected and ready for resale. CSR opened the sealed box for us but DVD was not there. Explanation was Geek squad probably tossed our DVD in trash. Might be true or not true as no way to know. All we know is that the DVD was definitely in the player when returned. It was easy for BB store to know a customer they can trace left a personal item but did nothing to really explain or accomodate. Request manager contact from this store. 702-750-2211

not easy to set up, software hard to understand.. all cables should come with product regardless

I liked the system, however with this kind of hardware, more software features should be included

Upon purchasing the unit I had to return it just a week later for a faulty dvd player. The new one is working as it should. The sound is not the best. Only time you ever hear anything out of the rear speakers is if the volume is way up and only during a movie. Playing the radio is not even possible. The antenna provided won't even pick up local channels.

This entertainment system does some unexpected things. When I turn on my tv this thing will come on by itself. It turns my TV speakers off. I then have to use my TV menu to turn them back on. I think Samsung has infected my Visio TV. Right now I leave it unplugged until I am going to use it. Will get the Geek Squad to check it out after the Holidays.
