Not user friendly

Had all the wires connected correctly, but it still doesn't work. went back to the store to let them know. the associate told me how to resolve / make the unit work. went home and did exactly as he said, but it still did not work. now I feel like I'm stuck with a product that doesn't work.... apparently it is not user friendly

No Sound with my TV

After spending 3 hours on the phone with Samsung and double, triple, quadruple checking connections, and reconfiguring our TV and HTS 4 times, we still could not get the system to work. We are boxing the thing up and taking it back! Poor ridiculousness!

I called samsung who couldn't even fix it... I had to send it back which would take weeks to fix or return it to the store. I chose option 2 and got my refund. To bad since its a nice home theatre.

Of course Best Buy only gives you a 15 day time limit to bring something back. I had to send the DVD player off to have samsung do a maintenance check. 10 to 15 days i Have lost the unit. For a 300.00 dollar player I expected a lot better built player.

Terrible product and terrible service

Brought re-boxed product back to store and got absolutely nothing--no refund and no store credit. Will never buy from Best Buy again

Piece of crap.

Don’t waste your money on this garbage. You’d be better of with two cans and a piece of string run from the tv to your head.

Not Worth it

Returned immediately, and bought a much cheaper Onkyo that blew this thing out of the water.

I was excited to unbox this system until I hooked it up and realized only 2 out of my 5 speakers were working. A disappointment to say the least.

Nothing but problems with BlueRay

Now they want proof of purchase again to avoid repairing the unit. I will never buy another Samsung electronic device.

Surround sound system

Every person I talked to could only take my name and number. No follow up, so I gave up and canceled my order. Worst customer service.
