It was not what I was looking for, the sound quality was not something special for a product of this kind, so I had to return it.

In our opinion this was not a good purchase, Not good sound and did not sound anything like it sounded in store

Returned for Yamaha surround sound. Wish I would of bought in first place.

Purchased this surround sound over a month ago. Had all the wires connected correctly, but it still doesn't work. went back to the store to let them know. the associate told me how to resolve / make the unit work. went home and did exactly as he said, but it still did not work. now I feel like I'm stuck with a product that doesn't work.... apparently it is not user friendly

We own a 70 inch Samsung so we thought we would trade in our Sony system for a Samsung to match our TV. After spending 3 hours on the phone with Samsung and double, triple, quadruple checking connections, and reconfiguring our TV and HTS 4 times, we still could not get the system to work. We are boxing the thing up and taking it back! Poor ridiculousness!

Very nice home theatre design, but unfortunately, the rear receiver was defective and could not transmit the signal to the rear speakers. I called samsung who couldn't even fix it... I had to send it back which would take weeks to fix or return it to the store. I chose option 2 and got my refund. To bad since its a nice home theatre.

My systems were great until Samsung updated After date both exact systems would no longer work I spent 6 phones calls and hours on chat over 2 weeksThey said they would fix the update now they are telling me I need to send to New Jersey What a waste I bought my last samsung product

Good system when it worked, but lasted less than 3 years.

45 days after I bought the blue ray DVD player, it started to not play regular disks. Of course Best Buy only gives you a 15 day time limit to bring something back. I had to send the DVD player off to have samsung do a maintenance check. 10 to 15 days i Have lost the unit. For a 300.00 dollar player I expected a lot better built player.

Go with the Sony Bravia 1/2 the price 2X the sound

Returned product. Not happy with it at all. Didn't meet my expectations.

The system did not work out of the box. Hooked to a different TV and same result. Brought re-boxed product back to store and got absolutely nothing--no refund and no store credit. Will never buy from Best Buy again

Second one in 18 months. The dvd stops working. The speakers stop working. It’s crap. Don’t waste your money on this garbage. You’d be better of with two cans and a piece of string run from the tv to your head.

We bought this on a whim, and upon setup found it difficult to use, the streaming was just awful, and the bluetooth lag was so bad, we were unable to get it to sync up with the video. Returned immediately, and bought a much cheaper Onkyo that blew this thing out of the water.

Unfortunately I was unable to see the true performance of this product because it never worked. I was excited to unbox this system until I hooked it up and realized only 2 out of my 5 speakers were working. A disappointment to say the least.

We have had nothing but problems with the BlueRay player, picture drops out all the time, returned and still has the problem. Now they want proof of purchase again to avoid repairing the unit. I will never buy another Samsung electronic device.

I bought but it was never delivered for installation. I called the store for a week to follow up. Every person I talked to could only take my name and number. No follow up, so I gave up and canceled my order. Worst customer service.

The condition of what we bought was supposed to be lightly used. This was not lightly used. It was heavily used without any power cord. We will return it and buy a new one somewhere else. No more used.

If you buy this product also purchase a power strip that automatically shuts power off to the unit every night otherwise you will have to unplug it at least every other day to get the sound to work correctly.
