Geek Squad Protection was well worth the money! It comes with little extras that you just don't think about. They not only installed my TV(believe me, the owner's manual left out a lot of steps), but they hauled away my old TV (there is normally a fee for this). The agents were knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain all of the features of my new TV.

I purchased the 5-year Geek Squad protection on my last television. It played out after a little over 4 years and Best Buy was quick to arrange for a full replacement. I repurchased the protection plan on my replacement. This is the best protection for the investment. No hassle and great service.

I felt comfortable purchasing the protection with my TV even though I haven't had to use it yet. I have used the Geek Squad for my computer in the past and they were very responsive.

The only problem with this is it doesn’t take over until my TCL warranty goes away. So I paid for 5 years but will only get 4? Kinda crappy especially since TCL is hell to deal with and now I’m stuck with a defective TV until the warranty I paid for takes over.

Love the television but really appreciated Steven Wrenn of Geek Squad who installed it within my home theater group. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining everything to me. I also purchased at his suggestion a master remote controller. He programmed and again explained how to find everything I needed. I LOVE having one device do it all. If I ever need a Geek Squad service call I hope Steven is one to respond. Great piece of mind warranty. Parents used before on failed TV no issues what so ever.

Protection is a must for me for all my TV's and electronics, I've been satisfied in the past anytime I've ever had troubles or needed to use the plan for coverage. Always read your protection plans thoroughly Geek Squad tends to update them year to year.

This is one of the best services around, they do an awesome job on fixing the items that needed fixed.

Have not used it yet, but hope coverage is easy to use.

Moved a couple times over the last two years. TV stopped working and BB replaced it fast.

It is a nice basic 4k smart tv, but the operating system is just so different for me, and it doesnt get some streaming channels, 1 very important to me i ended up getting an Amazon fire stick. It only has 1 hdmi connection as well which is really a pain. Another thing i had to add onto this, an hdmi splitter which worked ok for 1 day. Oyy.

Very excellent and great work. I took in my laptop computer that was all messed up and yes they fixed the problem and it didn’t take long. If you don’t have it get it.

The greets squad extended service gave me five years, a piece of mind on a major purchase. They were professional about the install, and making sure everything worked properly before they left my home.

Good value, reasonable cost, but could be made better with a "no use" small rebate. If you do not use the insurance at all. They rebate 25% of the cost in gift card value? This would add value and make the insurance even more attractive.

No worries about future problems even with furniture.

I have been getting the Geek Squad protection on my Best Buy purchases for years. It's definitely worth it as they will either fix the problem or replace the item with the newest model if the model isn't available any longer. I love having the piece of mind knowing that if something happens, I don't have to spend a ton of money to replace it. Geek Squad is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Definitely worth the money for larger purchases.
