Agents set up my new tv. However, it was frustrating getting them to come to my house. Miscommunications happened several times. But, overall, techs were very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions.

I purchased this 5-Years standard Geek Squad Protection for the LG 55" TV that I purchased for my living room during this past Black Friday. And I am so glad that I did. It gives me a peace of mind knowing that the device is protected just incase anything goes wrong with the television.

Worth getting because I bought a used product and the coverage makes the price worth it

I bought this to cover the new TV i got at Best Buy. Have used Geek Sq protection plans before on laptops and that always went well. Decided to buy one for the TV because manufacturers today do not make quality products that will last - called planned obsolescence.

Though I did not need to use the Geek Squad service during the two year protection plan I chose, the Geek Squad at my local store is vert reliable and have always given me a positive experience. I have had no issues with their service and highly recommend them when help is needed.

I always buy Geek Squad insurance for my technology. There has never been a moment when I had any difficulties either replacing or fixing my items.

I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!

Normally I don't like protection or extended warranties plans. I figure if you buy good products if anything goes wrong it will happen doing the warranty period. But recently I had some bad experience and feel this is worth the money.

Having extended warranty gives me a great piece of mind. Best Buy is one of the top customer service provider.

No issues yet. Great tv. Responsive, good colors, easy to use, and it sounds great! Very happy with purchase.

good tv didn't put it together left the box didn't do anything

Always a good idea with hig dollar electronics. I have purchased this with out electronics in the past and it has saved me a lot of stress when the factory warranty ran out. A very good investment got me a couple replacements in the past when the factory warranty expired.

A. They didnt laugh at us when we needed their hlep because we couldnt open the remote to put the batteries in B. Professional and knowledgeable

The installation was done fast and he was friendly.

Submitted a claim went through like a breeze glad it wasn’t a hassle thanks geeks!

I haven't had to use it for my TV I just purchased, but I've used their Geek Squad warranty before and I can say it's excellent.

When you pay that kind of money you might just as well have it warranted

I glad I purchased the additional coverage. It puts me at ease knowing if something goes wrong with the TV, I will be in good hands. I just purchase another TV and soundbar and wireless surround sound speakers today. I purchased coverage on all 3 items. NO worries.
