I feel better having Geek Squad extended warranty protection than without it. Purchasing these warranties in the past has always paid off and worked out well. The Geek Squad techs know what they are doing.

For most products I don't buy extended warranties or insurance. The price of the insurance is usually high enough that you might get a new appliance or device cheaply enough to take the risk. But for big screens and computers I get protection to protect me from the hassle of a dead on arrival unit or dead pixels or accidental damage. It is not just the unit price, but the reduction in time required to navigate the replacement that I am insuring.

Good value for extended coverage in case something goes wrong after manufacturer warranty expires.

Best protection plan in the business. I got very tired of dealing with all the terrible plans out there, and now only purchase best buy when possible so that I don't have to deal with lesser protection plans.

Geeksquad has been a HUGE help with several items over the years. Ill honestly never buy a big ticket item with out their extra coverage. A+++ service!

The warranty covers everything for 5 years! seems like a no brainer.

When I brought the tv back they gave me my money back for the warranty but wanted me to apply for a Best Buy card I said no that’s why u buy warranty for things I was not pleased everything I brought from them

We've had the television for a bit over 1 month and so far are extremely happy with it. The picture is beautiful. It communicates well with our computer so we can use EyeTV to create a mirror image. The only thing that could be a problem is that there are no controls on the TV so you do not want to lose the remote or run out of batteries.

Geek squad is always good to have if I can insurance on your TV. It’s always nice and it eases your mind knowing you have insurance on your TV or your appliances.

I purchased the warranty for my last Sony TV and was handled professionally to get me up and enjoying my new Sony A80L television.

Protection plans are an absolute must and they have actually saved me when things go wrong from having an expensive paperweight.

I did not purchase a protection plan on day I purchased my 55 IN LG OLED TV. I had second thoughts after that. About 1 week later, I called and purchased the plan by phone. I felt at ease. The customer rep was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

No need to take your products to them if there large. They know what there doing & akways find a solution. No hesitations to get the protection anytime its really worth it!

I had to geek squad on my 65 inch color TV in my computers. They were good anytime I bought a back I had a problem somebody came out no problem. Thank you Best Buy.

I talked with a Geek Squad expert for about 3 minutes, and they were able to take my symptoms and ascertain that the device was hosed, that it should be returned. That is a sign of a good expert, that they will make the right decision with authority when needed.

Hope to never use but wish I had bought it last time when my tv started playing up after two years and I spent a lot more to get repairs completed.this time there won’t be any issues hopefully or it’s less than a dollar a week to guarantee resolution.

Always recommend on electronics I.e. TVs you purchase the extended warranty. I had a tv that was four years old and started to have problems. Well the part that needed replacing they didn’t make any longer. Fortunately I had the extended warranty and got a new TV.

I love my fire TV!! The best decision i have made.

Small tv already had a mount took about 15 minutes to replace old model with new. I highly recommend the geek squad protection its a no nonsense policy they will either repair or replace no ifs & buts.
