I like my laptop is fast and is great but I still got to work on it because I have forgotten my computer skills so I have to get back to it but it's very great I like it

I have used the Geek Squad to install my new dish washer and work on our computers numerous time. the services are always, fast and efficient, and I will always use them to make things work in my household.

My Geek Squad protection plans, of which I have several is a prime reason why I purchase all of my major and minor appliances from Best Buy. Whenever something goes wrong, which is not often, Geek Squad is there to take care of it. Outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Considering the probability of damage to a consumer device in a 5 year period, I believe this to be a great value. I would definitely recommend!

Got this protection for my TV. Haven’t had to use it but I always get the protection because of the great customer service I have ever had when I have had to use them. Better to be safe then sorry

Great to have protection on the things you love. It’s easier then spending money for no reason to purchase an item when Best Buy’s No hassle plan of attack works better than PC Richards or even HHGreg from back in the day. They actually cover you.

Great Protection and worth it. I bought 2 Sony TV's in 2018 and wish I had gotten the extended warranty on both TV's instead of just the one TV...

Geek Squad provides excellent service. I take my PC in quarterly for a clean up and they are always on time, happy to provide service and are thorough with any questions or concerns I may have and provide excellent feedback on how my equipment is running.

Best Buy's customer service has always been tops when I've ever had issues with any products purchased with the available extra warranties, plus the manufacturers warranty. It's Best to Buy the extra protection, from Best Buy!!

Haven’t needed to use this and hopefully won’t. But I wished I had it on my last television that went out after a year and a half. Could have saved hundreds of dollars.

Geek squad rocks! Good price for 2 Year warranty and best part if something goes wrong they come to your house! No need to pack it up and bring it to the store!

At first I was thinking I would self-insure myself with my very expensive 75 inch Sony TV. But after reading some reviews about how costly this model is to repair I decided to opt for the five year protection plan for a piece of mine. It was very expensive however, even considering I Purchased total tech.

The techs were great in installing all of our purchases and in explaining how they worked. We have them for 5 years so check later and we will let you know over the long haul. I can’t imagine anything but excellent service based on what we have seen so far.

My Granddaughter is so proud of this Vivo tv I most Definity will buy again good quality and picture.

Have used the Geek squad many, many time for different items we have purchased. They are polite and know what they are doing and make sure everyone is working before they leave and also encourage you to call if you have any problems or questions.

Extended warranty just in case! We didn’t mount on the wall because we might want to move I!

We are so glad we bought this for out TV Called and they came out ordered the part came back installed. Still had a problem We were able to purchase another tv and put the cost of the old unit toward it. Great job Best Buy

We are so grateful to these young fellas installing our 60"LG tv..they were very careful and polite. They make connecting all those awful wires a breeze. They were very patient with us and walked us thru installation and operating our new screen and remotes several times til both my husband and I understood. They are well worth their cost!

The Geek Squad arrived and set up our TV and paired all of the devices. They pointed out that our electric outlet wasn't a surge protected device, so they offered a 6 outlet 2 USB low profile home theater to protect our entertainment system. Thanks guys!!
