Great service when my graphics card fried. Easy return and they helped extensively when I brought it in.

I don’t mind spending the extra money to have peace of mind knowing that if I have an issue after the factory warranty runs out that I will be able to still receive repairs or a replacement!

I've been a member of the Geek Squad for years and I love it. When I need help it's good to know I have someone there to assist. I have always been able to get an appointment quickly and they have always fixed my problem quickly.

The team showed up on time, very professional and safe. They kept socially distanced and wore masks. Provided us recommendations on TV placement, etc. very much worth the additional cost to have the TV installed professionally. Highly recommend.

Best Buy backs this warranty 100%! There are no further charges if something goes wrong with the item...as I am a Total Teck and an Elete Plus member. Have already had 3 items replaced in years 3&4!

TV stopped working while under warranty. They sent it out and it was too much to fix so they instead gave me back the money I’d originally paid for it. Used that money to get a 60”. No hassles. Will always go with the extended geek squad warranty!

Geek Squad Protection is always a good purchase. If nothing else, it will at least put you at ease for however many years it's for. If anything goes wrong, you're basically guaranteed a working product. Whether they fix yours, or give you a new one.
