having a piece of mind after purchasing a TV or any other electronic that that will be protected is a great deal for a consumer. I have had Geek Squad out to my home before to work on other purchases that needed servicing always top notch

The geek squad are fantastic!! My husband and I had the best team come to our home. They were very knowledgeable about their products and which would work great for our tv installation.

I bought protection for my TV, which is a higher end model. Best buy covers more than the manufacturer warranty. I don't expect I'll have any issues, but knowing I have the protection is nice just in case anything does happen.

I have this service on both of my TVs. It should be great. Price was reasonable and worth it.

The employee could not provide a pamphlet and specifics on the warranty coverage. She just kept saying "we don't protect for product damage" meaning if we drop it, we deal with it. We were more interested in true coverage details and purchased without true knowledge of what all is protected like surge protection, damaged power cord, and internal issues like computer chip for Smart features. In part, insurance used to require documentation of coverage and exclusions, but they had absolutely nothing in writing.

I hope this TV lasts longer in the other one I purchase just over a year ago

When I make a larger purchase, I want to be sure that the product is covered but the 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. It is worth it to me in case something goes wrong with a product.

Perfect tv mount and good adjustability. Do buy this for perfect tilt and motion.

Hope I never need it but know I can count on Best Buy Heek Squad if I ever have a problem

I recently purchased a Samsung 65" LED 1080 P Smart TV on an Open Box special. Someone brought it back because it didn't fit, but it was perfect for my needs. Additionally I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad Protection plan because 1) The TV is on a lot, and 2) It would cost a lot to get it fixed. So I thought this would be a prudent expense.

Haven't had any issues to have Geek squad intervene but thankful I have them on deck just in case

This was the best purchase we made tv broke 2 days prior to expire and they gave credit to purchase another tv it was a smooth transaction and a must for any big purchases in the future

It covers quiet a few issues and considering I was buying a brand I didnt have earlier, this will come in handy.

For the bigger purchases I have always used the Geek Squad for delivery, always reliable and courteous.
