Great warranty for a great value, is a relief to have it because you don’t have to worry about anything with them

Literally the worst customer service ever. Delivery and install of TV was set for 9/17 between 10-1. Called at 10:45 to say they weren't coming, but could come 9/22 between 10-1, so took the morning off to be here for install. Then got a text at 1:19AM to day that now my appointment was changed and they'd be here 12-8PM today. Tried calling and person on phone barely spoke English.
