    I had an insignia break. I had to send it in and when they couldn’t fix it I received store credit. Fair enough

    Will not buy any Electronics without purchasing the in-home service warranty from geek Squad. I just feel that is necessary and well worth the money.

    I purchased the 5 year geek protection for the peace of mind on my first ever big screen smart tv purchase. I hope that I we never have to use it, but 5 years of protection and support is so worth it if we ever do!
