I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

I always get the extended warranty for 5 years. After abt three these things start to go! They don't make them like they used to! Best Buy will swap it out for the same value!

Always get a protection bc the future is unpredictable

It will give you peace of mind knowing that you have professionals waiting to assist you if needed. The coverage is well worth paying for & the terms are more than reasonable.

Definitely recommend the geek squad protection plan. Save yoh money and don't have to worry they come and fix or replace your tv

I recommend getting the five-year plan insurance for any device especially a TV because you never know what could happen especially if one has Little kids and like throw things around the house.

Easy to get questions answered by the Geek Squad. They are very patient and can talk you through what to do to fix the problem. Wouldn't buy a major purchase without it!

This was a must have after purchasing my new television from Best Buy. The price was reasonable for the item that I bought.

I like that we have this warranty available. If anything were to go wrong we wouldn't lose all we paid for the tv

Signing up for the extra protection was easy to do. I hope that we don't have to utilize the coverage but I feel confident that BestBuy will take care of any issues we might run into...

Haven't had to use it yet and I plan on keeping it that way. I spent a lot on a tv and this will put it to great protection.

I can not recommend Geek Squad enough. So many electronic devices fail and geek squad is always helpful.

As long as u dont break the tv they’ve got u covered.

This protection plan is a good investment with the cost of high end OLED TV's.

Haven’t had issues yet but I’ve heard wonderful things

I always get protection with all electronics. I've had to use it a few times & they replaced my $200 Bluetooth headset. Great to have.

not sure how to rate something I haven't had to use.but I guess 5 years is nice, it's still way overpriced

This comes in handy in case your item gets damaged after manufacture warranty has expired. It’s a must have. Saved me a great sum of money.
