Haven't used it yet but the piece of mind that its there is good

I moved and was not aware that I could have my Geek Squad come to install my TV on the wall. This was during Covid-19 so website was confusing to order all the parts needed for this. Finally called and spoke to a person who got it all set. Install person was friendly and took time not to cause a mess while drilling holes.

The agents did a fine job of installing the TV and the wall mount.

Who better to call when you need help? The Geek Squad thats right! These guys and gals are my superheroes, they came to my rescue without delay and made sure I was taken care of with the upmost of care and they'll do the same for you

Excellent. I have purchased it many times. Used it on a smartwatch and tv. Both times super easy. No questions asked store credit. Gotta love Best Buy. Always top notch customer service.

I spent a lot of time reviewing TVs for my living room and was hesitant about the 4K "hoopla"... well that "hoopla" was gone when I was finally able to watch 4K content on the TV at home. Wow. Great picture and pretty good sound from stock speakers. It's got all the features you want and need at this time. Great value for the money.

I always get the "extra" protection because you never know what's going to happen. I figured I couldn't go wrong with getting it (and it was such a low price). It came in handy with a previous TV purchase. I only had to pay a "small" difference in the price of the TVs (since I purchased a different one the 2nd time).

Geek Squad answered all my questions. I'm glad they offer this service to people like me who don't understand everything about technology.

The service Geek squad has provided has been great, they have been helpful for us every time we need their expertise. As a Geek squad member, we also save money.

The only thing that I say is bad is I purchased only for 2 years I would always do t he 5 year plan because it is safer to be protected and have your mind at ease if anything should go wrong with your product you know it will be fix! Great Service!

I purchased this geek squad 2-year Standard Protection to complement my Samsung TV to save me some money on the service of my Smart TV , guess what I haven't had a need to use it yet great TV , but it's nice to have the insurance ,very satisfied

I purchased the warranty for my last Sony TV and was handled professionally to get me up and enjoying my new Sony A80L television.

The warranty is a great comfort regarding both of these issues: We live quite a ways away and our summers are hot.

The replacement under warranty was unbelievably easy. I always purchase extended warranties on big ticket items, thankfully my TV was still under warranty when it went out.

After buying ii my products, i dont use my plan for now because my products are really good.
