Installation went very smooth the two guys explained everything to us

i’m very happy with the tv i got life savior as i love playing video games

Haven't had to use it yet but love the fact that If anything goes wrong they will come to me not the other way around

The warranty was reasonable. I purchased second tv and they combined both tvs for reduced warranty price

It's geek squad. Not sure what I can say about a warranty program other than we get it on a lot of stuff

so if u need to return your tv after 1 year and u have a 5 year warranty u loose 4 years of it because u have to buy a new warranty for the new tv they give u. my advise is to get a 2 year warranty and just renew it 3 months before just incase its breaks sooner than later

Geek squad protection is honestly the best. I’ve also bought it and twice I got store credit for a newer device that they couldn’t fix!

I rarely get protection plans anymore. Best Buy is so wonderful at fulfilling a protection plan they are worth the cost on more expensive purchases. Best Buy has the best customer service of any store I've ever dealt with.

Amazing projector I use it every night We’re all the movies you can imagine in the world you can watch on this.

Having burn in protection allows me to use my TV in HDR mode without worrying or babying the brightest. For the price, 5 years of peace of mind is worth it.

Overall a great deal. if it breaks within the time they will fix it. so glad i got this it has saved me so much trouble

Excellent picture. Sound not that good. Documentation consists of too many pieces. Why not combine all into one booklet? Mounting feet seem too flimsy. Tipping danger. Feet should be beefed up. Be careful to note overall footprint width. It probably will not fit on your existing stand. I had to purchase a new piece of glass to accommodate extra width. Did not notice this because unit was wall mounted in store. My bad.

When I bought my big screen Sony TV I also purchased the 5-year Geek Squad protection. Was I ever glad I did! Lightening struck my home and after a visit from a Geek Squad technician, my TV was determined to be beyond repair and I received a brand new Sony within a week.. Fantastic!!
