i hope when the time ever comes geek squad does there job

Geek squad is always trustable and provides quality service.

Having a warranty on my tv makes me feel safe. Hopefully I never have to use it XD

Purchased the Insignia sound bar, haven’t use the warranty as yet

great product and was just what I was looking for at a good price.

I would advise buying this for any tv , as they are not built to last like the old days

I had the tv die after one year twice. the first time they fixed it. the second time they gave me a new tv but forced me to pay for a whole new protection plan even though I had 3 years left on my old warranty. all because they gave me a new tv instead of just repairing the old one. Then the first geek came to drop off my new replacement tv, said he could not see the model number right in front of his eyes. Took off with my new tv over his shoulder. had to wait another 45 minutes for another delivery attempt and had to put up with a completely rude lady on the phone when I called in to tell her what happened. She kept trying to blame me!!!

Bought this for my sister’s new tv. She didn’t have a 4K tv & I immediately jumped on this for her new tv

Good tv for the price bought 3 one for each of my kids 2 years ago and still working.

I had a five year warranty one the first one. After less than 2 years it went bad. They replaced it under the warranty but would not transfer the 3 years left onto the replacement. Had to buy a new warranty for it. Got shorted the remaining 3 years. Not right it was paid for and they said it could not transfer to the new one or be refunded.
