    I have not had to use my geek squad protection. It is comforting to know it's there if I need it. The only thing that I didn't like was that they included the mgr warranty.

    I would recommend this Samsung TV to everyone. It is so clear and beautiful. We went from a 48" to this 58". Awesome.

    ..but it really wasn't a Geek Squad issue. The screen was cracked out of the box; BBuy exchanged it right away. Only gave the protection 4 stars so far bc I haven't tested it yet.

    The Best buy warranty gives me 5 years of worry free viewing. It is well worth the relatively inexpensive cost.

    It was disappointing to learn installation is no lnger part of Geek Swuad. This was intended to be a tabletop television so it did not matter for this purchase. However, I need a few wall mounted also and this new policy means I will be looking at price maybe re than service.
