I always get this protection. Geek Squad stands by the protection service. My tv breaks down, I take it in and they stand by the protection. I watch a lot of tv, so I would never be without this protection.

Far superior to Home Depot in ease of use and Customer Service. I've purchased 2 TV's, a sound bar, a Microwave Oven and a Dishwasher in the last 12 months and there Geek Squad response times are outstanding!

Buying a warrantee is like car insurance when you need it you’re glad it’s there when your product doesn’t have an issue you’re glad it doesn’t but you kind of feel like you wasted your money.

Love the peace of mind with the extended warranty although o had it in two of my other t's I never had to use it.

I have always purchased Geek Squad protection on all of my products. The service has been fantastic when issues have come up.

I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!

Always get a geek squad warranty on my electronics, minus the TV, I don’t believe it’s worth it, but as far as controllers goes, all day.

When I bought my big screen Sony TV I also purchased the 5-year Geek Squad protection. Was I ever glad I did! Lightening struck my home and after a visit from a Geek Squad technician, my TV was determined to be beyond repair and I received a brand new Sony within a week.. Fantastic!!
