I wouldn't buy a thing without The Geek Squad protection plan especially a big TV that hangs on the wall.

I haven't needed them lately, but the Geek Squad is always there to answer any questions.

I have not had to use this protection as of yet however, I am sure they will take pretty good care of my product.

I’ve always purchased a protection plan on my items. Geek squad has always been helpful and understanding and knowledgeable and a product. Very professional as well highly recommended to get a protection plan.

I've used this on 2 previous Samsung TVs. All went out at the 2 year mark(both replaced by Geek Squad). Purchased a Sony OLED with 5 year protection and already passed the 2 year mark so all is good!

Purchased a 2 yr Geek Squad, with the Hisense H8G..Haven't needed it yet, but with the Panel lottery, LED's going out etc, it's a good backstop..If you have OLED, I think this is the only extended warranty that offers protection from burn-in (vs SquareTrade and others).

Geek Squad protection for my TV is great. Used it for the first time and the agents that came to my house were professional and explained each step of the process. Unfortunately, they could not fix my TV so I ended up with a new one just as described.

Better to be safe than sorry. Five year warranty for peace of mind.

I always purchase an extended warranty on products I purchase from Best Buy. In the past if the product fails I would return the damaged product back to the store without any hassle at all. They would either exchange, refund or order me something newer if the old product had been discontinued. I rated the extended warranty a 4 because Best Buy extended warranty is a little higher than Sam's extended warranty on televisions or some other electrical products.

Honestly a great looking tv had it for over a year I love lg oled’s they really are the number 1 Tv’s for movies, shows, and gaming.

I love this service. It is a must have for peripherals that live around pets or kids. Best bang for your buck if you have headsets or mice dyeing every 18 months

As seniors, we are easily confused with how any new technology works. My son talked us in to this TV and surround sound. We would have never been able to get everything up and running without the Geek Squad help. The tech was very patient and showed us how to work everything. We refuse to move it because it works so well!

I will see if I get any use out of this. I guess protecting a new tv is worth it in the long run.

BELIEVE ME, this is the best purchase you can buy when buying these new large-screen OLED TVs. New technology can cause various problems and having this warranty coverage has saved me now twice on previous 77" TVs. Well worth the money over time.
