I will prefer this service for all advantages in case of something happen. The cost/benefits is excellent.

I don’t usually like to buy extended warranties for appliances or electronics, but I make an exception when it comes to TVs purchased from Best Buy. I would so much rather work with the Geek Squad than directly with the manufacturer. It’s worth it for peace of mind.

Gotta have for important purchase. I don't have to worry about my expensive purchase for the next 5 years.

I hope i never have to use this but it is a nice feature to have. Figure it was better to have it in case. Replacing a new TV can get expensive

I purchased Geek Squad protection for peace of mind on my Best Buy purchases. Ive used it before, and it gives you your moneys worth for sure. Spend a little extra and get the coverage.

I've purchased the two years protection because of economic reasons, but when it time to renew I will have that option. Hopefully I will never have to use it but I'm glad it's a option for me just in case I do.

Unfortunately, I have had to use a Geek Squad protection plan a time or two and each time it was no hassle got my refund to purchase a new that same transaction. I've always bought a plan on my bigger more expensive products it and it's been well worth it each time I've had to use!

I always purchase the protection plan because returning an item is hassle free no matter what happens accidental damage or product failure. Simply walk in swap them out and be on your way.

I usually don't buy service warranty, however I chose to for this 65 inch TV. Mainly it offers in house service so no need to box up and send out. Knock on wood no need to use it so far. I like to call it Insurance.

Got as added protection. Hope I won’t have to use it. If so, hope it was worth it. Wish the manufacturer’s warranty was longer than the seemingly standard one year.

My Geek Squad Service purchase was the best purchase decision ever because when I needed installation assistance I called the Squad and they were at my home in less than an hour and done in less than an hour.

With this additional purchase added on to my TV, I can get protection kind of like an insurance just in case the TV has a short and its wiring or inexplicably doesn't work anymore before my two years time is up with it.

reasonably priced smart TV for a kids playroom, this one does the job. Looking at the side, the top of the tv is pretty slim, just wished the bottom was as thin, since its visible in this particular room. Also no RCA inputs for a gaming unit, had to use the component input so that used up that input.
