I feel secure with the feel squad. Protection plan. I like to have my products checked out once a year and if I ever have a problem the geek squad is available to me on line or in store.

I always get the service protection with best buy. I believe they have the best protection for less hassle around.

I have only used the plan once for my television and customer service was great. There are two things that could be improved which are the price, it is a little expensive for certain items, and protection against drops or spills for televisions.
