Always been happy with their warranty service if it dies they fix or replace it

Really cheap for that much protection, easy to sign up!

I was told that I could buy this online, but after many support chats, in which I was told I could buy it online, I was told that I could not in fact buy it online and had to drive back to the store to buy it. (40 minute drive!) Very annoying that multiple employees and support agents had no idea the C2 had to have it's protection purchased in store.

Pays to plan ahead. Sometimes better to have something and not have it. Well worth the little bit extra money.

70 bucks for 5 year protection on my tv. If something happens they'll come here and fix it. Or deliver a brand new one. Thank you to the employee who offered it to me.

This is just a great idea. We honestly hope we don't need it. But it pays to plan ahead.

The Geek Squad got me all set-up and listened to all of my questions an concerns. My rep (Darnell) was very helpful and even carried the TV out to my truck. Very cool!

Using for a PC monitor, had a dead pixel on my unit. Eended up going with the 42" C2. The 48 C1 was a great looking if you can sit back far enough.

Must have for OLED TV and even better if you get it with Best Buy install too. Improves the coverage.

Always great to have extra protection on high end items. It's good to have a peace of mind with your products.

This warranty is a must because I had to have my 4K Sony traded out after three years because the television died. But they were quick to set up the 2017 model.

Always getting protection for any product you buy is a great thing! The geek squad goes above and beyond to make sure you are protected. Would recommend them to anyone!

What I love about Best Buy if you don't have the money to pay for Geek Squad at the time of purchase you can always come back within 14 days and purchase it

What's not to like? Best Buy will either fix or replace my open box LED TV, for $30 for 5 years Geek Squad protection. That's a little over 1 1/2 cents per day!
