I tend to always buy the protection, it give me a sense of relief if anything should go wrong, and of course for the no hassle replacements! It is second to none.

Literally the worst customer service ever. Delivery and install of TV was set for 9/17 between 10-1. Called at 10:45 to say they weren't coming, but could come 9/22 between 10-1, so took the morning off to be here for install. Then got a text at 1:19AM to day that now my appointment was changed and they'd be here 12-8PM today. Tried calling and person on phone barely spoke English.

Always buy this on larger purchases If I do need to use it I know I am in good hands with the Geeks.

My Sharp 50in hdtv panel failed to work after have it for only 2years. Lucky I bought the 5 year plan and they replaced my tv with the newest upgrade..

It's been worth buying every single time. I do not make a purchase without it unless it is just not offered.

its like a extra cushioned pillow very comfortable gives you the comfort knowing your product is covered.

The geek squad has helped me numerous time with my computer fixing problems and has also helped me with some of my TV issues.

I have had various Geek Squad Services and have found the service to be first class. Excellent service staff and very knowledgeable. Great bargain for the money!

I have not had to use it and hope not to. But, is a goof Idea because I have been burned before with the last TV that I purchased. So, I do recommend.

The TV looks great when it works, there is definitely an issue with quality assurance when it comes to this TV i have the same one in another room and it works just fine. The new one not so much.
