I stand by geek squad services I have had them for 14yrs and I will never trade them up

Have not used them yet. My tv has not broken down yet, but if it did i know they would help me out.

I did not use the service but I'm rating this just considering the other reviews on it.

I have used them for my PC but not for the TV as haven’t needed to. They were great on the pc, which is why i bought for the TV.

So far the service has been great! The Geek Squad is very professional with their work.

I always buy the protection plans. I sleep better knowing my stuff will be fixed if a problem arises.

I haven't used this on my tv I purchased but used it for my laptop and geek squad is pretty reliable

The Best Buy protection plans are a must have for any purchase I make. With it, I have no worries about my purchases having issues.

I have not had to use it but it’s not to know I have it if I do need it.
