Great method of getting peace of mind for your expensive TV purchase. The burn-in coverage is something unique when it comes to warranties offered by established sellers.

The warranties from the geek squad are always worth the money.

They have been available to me every time I have needed them!!

I have always used Geek Squad for all my Best Buy purchases, TV's, Laptops and Gaming Systems - I have no complaints and I've always been pleased with their level of service. I recommended Best Buy to my dtr who just purchased a washer/dryer and she asked if the Geek Squad Warranty was worth it and I said absolutely. She subscribed at the time of her purchase.

Impressed with the efficiency of the Geek Squad that installed our television. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all of our questions and gave us a review on using our new television and remote. Sadly the virus has made taking my computer to the store to get tuned up impossible, but I am sure the Geek Squad will do a great job when I am able to.

Is a very good product to protect my investments..

Been a customer of geek squad over 20 years, and they're quality has declined. Had a product go bad in 6 months and the price of the item doubled. They did not pro-rate my credit and gave me minimal options but to upgrade to a way more expensive item, even though i wanted a direct replacement or next comparable item for my warranty.

Only ever had to use one of my protection plans on a manufacturer defect and was extremely happy with the support. They refunded me the full purchase amount so I could replace my TV due to it no longer being manufactured.

Anytime I make a big purchase at Best Buy, I usually add the GSP to my purchase. From past experiences, I've never really had an issue using my GSP on defective products and the value overall is great to have. I highly recommend you add a Best Buy GSP for any of your major purchases or even your simple devices (e.g. small kitchen appliances).

Hopefully it pays off. Sometimes it's a gamble and your stuff actually lasts as long as appliances and TV's use to last.

Protection was good and never had any trouble with the Geek Squad. Products purchased have work so well I did not heed the extra service.

Television has an awesome picture and the functionality of the Roku platform is seamless. The image is crystal clear and the sound works great.

They are awesome ! Took my iPhone in there and they fixed it. I was having trouble with reception in my house. !! They put it on wifi calling.

I have not used the Geek Squad for the TV , I am relieved to know they are a call away. I did use the Geek Squad for my computer an its was SUPER easy and fast!

So far haven’t used it at all I am wondering if it was worth it and to that I say I can’t wait to try out the actual services but to be honest I would Rather have the product last and be trouble free

Always comes thru and perfect support because last year I had a problem with my 60" TV and they ordered the replacement screen at no cost - otherwise it would have been over $1200! Another problem a year later - and because of the on going problems - they stuck by their service and gave me full replacement cost I got the 65" same TV on sale for same as I got the 60" last year! Always on time and polite and explaining everything.

Best Buy's Extended 5-year Plan for $179.99, is a bargain, compared to SONY manufacturers Extended 4-year Warranty (max.) -$178.99. And, after reading the fine print in comparison to the 'GEEK SQUAD", without a doubt, maximized service monetarily- BEST BUY was the way go (SONY offered same TV sale at the time).

This is a no-brainer. I signed up again for my new TV. They setup the TV, make all connections and ensure it is ALL working before they leave. They are prompt, courteous and very, very knowledgeable.

I feel that the geek squad is better than any warranty. Just contact them and your issue is handled quickly.
