The TV I had the panel was bad and the plan was worth the cost

Always good to get a 5 year because you never know what will happen even with the best of brands. I am glad Best Buy offers a 5 year warranty and a small price to pay in case anything goes wrong.

The five year warranty is just for extra security just in case something goes wrong.

The warranty was as advertised, ran into issues with my TV, exchanged for new TV with no issues.

Tv good last years when watch tv and playing my xbox series x on it

Wasn't going to purchase at first but the employee told me the benefits and it wasn't expensive and worth the ease of mind. Hopefully i wont need to use it though

2 yrs ago, I bought a 65 in Westinghouse and did not get the geek squad. The set had all sorts of problems. It was supposed to have in home warranty but Westinghouse wouldn’t honor it. I did not purchase the geek squad for that set so this time i am not taking any chances

Nice having the piece of mind that Best Buy stands behind the products hat they sell. Haven't had to use them yet, and hope I don't have too!

When I purchase one of these, I can really relax and not have to worry about issues because Geek Squad got me covered like an umbrella! ;-)

I’ve never used this service before but I bought this knowing it gives me security in the event one of my kids throws another toy at a very expensive tv.

We have used the Geek Squad for multiple computer fixes. Whether it was to tune up a computer, remove viruses, fix any big or small problems with knowledge.

Getting a Best Buy warranty is always a good deal! With the smart tv's being a "fairly new" technology, I figured I couldn't go wrong with the fantastic Best Buy Geek Squard looking out for me for the next 5 years!!

I recommend purchasing Geek Squad protection. It gives you the confidence knowing you can call on them if you need help
