I always try to buy the protection for the items I buy because you never know if you going to need them to repair the items ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU BEST BUY

Have not had to use this service. However, speaking with them on ither issues super easy.

I always recommend protection for your electronics. If something goes wrong you can always exchange your product if that's an option or money back.

We bought this for our new 4K TV. We haven't had to use it yet but its nice to know we have it

I have only had to go to the Geek Squad once and they were able to resolve my problem quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I like the peace of mind especially for my wife when I am traveling.

This warranty is awesome the price was right and it gives me a great piece of mind with my gigantic 75" TV that is wonderful!! Hold on

I like the coverage but my tv broke and had to be replaced it was still in the factory warranty but since they replaced the tv I had to purchase a new warranty I didn't like doing that but I'd rather have the coverage

Got this with a tv. They came out and tested it when the screen went black. Replaced the tv immediately.

I was told the squad protection expired in Nov of 2020. They charged us for services about 2 weeks later which in reality we still had another year on our coverage. Good work except for charges still in protection .

It’s only right to add the geek squad protection with every electronic purchase. I’ve had great experiences using geek squad over the years it’s only right for me to continue that.

I have had to use the warranty on a camera and 2 laptops. BestBuy just replaced them, with very little inconvenience or hassle. So, I purchased the warranty on our most recent purchase, a Samsung TV--just in case.

I always buy the Geek Squad protection. I don't use it very often, but it's there just incase. And then it's worth every penny.

Small price to pay when you don't have to pay to replace a piece of equipment because you got the warranty they will fix or replace I suggest getting it for any large purchase total money saver

The warranty is always worth it I definitely recommend but specially with Best Buy there's some other stores I don't recommend it with but Best Buy has one of the best warranties around

TV was great! The one it replaced literally died 3 days past the warranty. I purchased a five year plan.
