    When our LG TV was delivered I wanted to have it all set up before my husband got home and the Geed Squad help me through the set up and it was nice and easy.

    Protection was good and never had any trouble with the Geek Squad. Products purchased have work so well I did not heed the extra service.

    So i brought this television because my other one broke and i always been a fan of Samsung. The quality of this tv is A1 just so clear and well worth the money. I highly recommend it.

    I have used these Geek Squad service agreements in the past. They stand behind their service agreements. I was able to replace a TV that did not live up to its advertisement. I was very grateful for the replacement TV. I am VERY happy that I purchased this service agreement.

    I Love Geek Squad protection plans. I buy it when ever I buy something from Best Buy. Last month I took in my TV because it was freezing & disconnecting, I had the protection plan & was able to get a new tv. Geek Squad agent was very nice & helpful. I highly recommend getting the Geek Squad Protection Plan!

    Had no real issues with the TV except for a very occasional mute effect. I would need to turn it off and on again. I had bought a warranty for it and BB came through

    technically very capable, but neglected by Sony

    1 year old product running android version 4 years old (Android 10) and never having received a major update. furthermore, Sony added ps5 remote play support to Android 12+ TVs when their most "affordable" (but expensive!) ps5 friendly TV model which launched years AFTER ps5 is well behind that update version. Additionally... major holes in USB support, you cannot use ANY app other the built in media player for media on USB (it'll ask you to approve permission on next screen then error when trying to go to next screen).... streaming apps perform horribly with long buffer times and never load thumbnails, and available storage capacity is also horrible only allowing you to install at most about 15 apps

    Good to have a little insurance and assurance when buying a pricy electronic item. It just eliminates the hassle of trying to go through the manufacturer for something that your local Best Buy can get done in a fraction of the time!

    Protection Plan Is WELL Worth It

    Always worth buying the extra protection. Our $1000 TV had some issues and Geek Squad was very responsive, techs were very nice. In the end, we needed a new TV and we were within the protection plan requirements so we had it replaced... with a NEW TV, none of this refurbished nonsense. Highly recommended.

When that TV had a dead pixel they worked with me and allowed me to just replace it instead of having to wait for the TV to be sent off and wait for the factory to say it was unrepairable. Hoping if anything goes wrong this time I am treated the same.

    I had Geek Squad protection years ago when I bought a few things from Best Buy so when I went to purchase some things recently I updated Buy Geek protection selection very happy with it I actually had to use it at least once or twice in the past when I had some problems with products that I bought from Best Buy and have a Geek Squad protection definitely save me a lot of money
