The agents mounted my tv and did a very excellent job

The extended warranty has now helped me 3 times get brand new televisions when they weren't able to be repaired.. I won't buy any "investment" without it. Plain and simple..if they can't fix it you get back every penny you paid for it ,for a new one

Always get the geek squad protection. Had to use it once nad it paid off in a bug way.

It was not very expensive to add the extra warranty.

This is a must get if you want to get the absolute most from your tech or appliances. And hopefully you dont need to call on them for much but its great to know they got you when needed. Always helps to have pro on call.

This is a great plan and is definitely worth the money. My last TV died after two and a half years and it was replaced for only $10 more because it could not be repaired. GET THIS PLAN WHEN YOU GET ANOTHER TV, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Best Buy backed the product. It was a cheap DVD player so the plan was about $10. It quit after a year so I took it back. They looked it up and said no problem, you are covered. Go back to the shelf and get a new one, we don't repair that model. Naturally, I picked a different brand that was the same price. Changing brands was not a problem and I walked out with my new player.

Fantastic tv with beautiful picture quality. Yes, there are better quality screens on the market but they carry price tags at least 5x what this was. Great upgrade for me, expect it to last me the next several years

Vizio failed after 4yrs unfortunately. Thankfully the warranty helped me out by getting store credit for my tv so not all is lost. Happy with the service!

It’s great knowing that your covered. The 5 years is a lot of coverage.

If you need help getting it to your house they will bring it and hook it up if you need them to.The protection plan is my favorite part of the geek squad.

I haven't used the 5 yr warranty and I hope I don't have to.

What how bad TVs are made it’s important to buy the protection plan the previous 3 TV’s I purchased have have all quite working on year 4

This service really puts me at ease when buying a brand I'm not familiar with. When looking for a new TV, I read good reviews and the price was awesome but the manufacture was new to me. I felt comfortable enough to buy it because I had this service backing it up for the new few years.

I was helped with all needed, they were very knowledgable and helpful in my situation, they also went way beyond the call of duty

Seems expensive for the time frame of coverage. Hopefully will not need to use.

Upgraded from a 55” and it was a great decision. Love it !
