Very helpful choosing the best option for a fathers day gift! Couldnt decide between a few diffrent TV's and they helped narrow it down

I moved and was not aware that I could have my Geek Squad come to install my TV on the wall. This was during Covid-19 so website was confusing to order all the parts needed for this. Finally called and spoke to a person who got it all set. Install person was friendly and took time not to cause a mess while drilling holes.

The replacement under warranty was unbelievably easy. I always purchase extended warranties on big ticket items, thankfully my TV was still under warranty when it went out.

Always A must have with your Electronics purchase Best Buy has the Best GEEK SQUAD Technicians around if u ever have any troubles make sure u buy the 5 Yr proection a must have that way anything goes wrong your covered.

Who better to call when you need help? The Geek Squad thats right! These guys and gals are my superheroes, they came to my rescue without delay and made sure I was taken care of with the upmost of care and they'll do the same for you

Great Protection and worth it. I bought 2 Sony TV's in 2018 and wish I had gotten the extended warranty on both TV's instead of just the one TV...

Is a very good product to protect my investments..

We live in the boonies in the summer, travel around in our motor home and live in the south in the winter. I love that I can call in any time and as much as I want and they can remotely go in to clean it up or fix most any thing. Unless it is a hardware problem. Well worth the money. Plus, it covers 3 computers.

Considering the probability of damage to a consumer device in a 5 year period, I believe this to be a great value. I would definitely recommend!

The only thing that I say is bad is I purchased only for 2 years I would always do t he 5 year plan because it is safer to be protected and have your mind at ease if anything should go wrong with your product you know it will be fix! Great Service!
