The guys were great! They took one look at my television and knew that they had to call it in. Within an hour, I was notified that my television had to be replaced. Having the protection plan was the best thing I could have purchased, along with the television.

This was an easy add on for me. I do not have to worry about the lifespan of the TV and will be supported if anything were to occur. I am not tech savvy so appreciate the protection.

Its a protection plan for your TV. Recently had to put it to use when mine randomly died. Told them what happened, they printed a receipt and I went and grabbed a new one completely painless!

To have extra protection on your product and the cost effectively of the extra warranty is very good

My computer was not working well and they worked on it to get it running efficiently.

The color mixing function on my 4 year old Samsung 50" 4K set suddenly went haywire one day when I turned it on. (Way too much red.) I noticed I only had a few weeks left on my 4 year protection plan, and they don't renew them beyond that time. The Geek Squad agent over the phone ordered parts including 2 different circuit boards to have on hand for the service techs on the assigned repair date. They came out & replaced a panel and tested the set, but that panel (or the main screen) failed after a few weeks. I again phoned in, and the telephone representative, after some helpful discussion, referred me to a very friendly, helpful replacement representative, who promptly offered to order me (at NO COST) a closest equivalent 55" model, since the older set was not worth more repair and didn't have a good direct replacement. She gave me a current dollar value, and said I could also choose any set I wished, just paying for any difference in price for any upgrade I chose. When I studied the spec sheets online, I noticed the old one had 4 HDMI inputs (I had 3 connected items) and the new suggested model only had 2 HDMI inputs. I noticed online the same model they suggested was available in a 58" screen size for $80 more, with 3 HDMI inputs. When I called them back and explained my dilemma, the rep checked out the specs, and immediately agreed, again at NO COST (that was a surprise), to upgrade me to the 58" size, and deliver it free, and pick up the old one. I also wished to purchase the maximum 5 year Geek Squad Protection on the new set, for only $89, which the agent agreed on. They handled everything on the phone quickly and even advised me that I had a $10 Rewards credit, and applied it to this purchase. Two days later, the delivery team delivered the new set and took the old one. I could not have asked for better, more friendly and helpful service from all involved. Well done, Best Buy and Geek Squad!

We purchased this option as to protect this $1000 unit. We had a great Samsung for 2 years with no Geek protection from BB. Any item that has potential of under-life potential will have this morning forward.

Warranty to give me a piece of mind excellent customer service in past so there was no hesitation.

This was good. After the 2nd TV that stopped working in 7 months I requested a refund from Samsung, Samsung representative said we had to take the TV off the wall we were unable to remove the TV ourself. When our new TV arrive Marcus and Caleb were so kind as to remove the TV and place it in the box for Samsung to pickup. This crew with the Geek Squad is the best, Professional, Respectful and Very kind.

I came into the store(6/13/25) in a highly distressed state of mind having my finance passing away just 4 previous days that week. I showed Jake of the Geek Squad a photo of my home TV screen and he immediately went into action to help me. He was kind, calm, and expressed his sympathy to me for my loss. When he was finished doing what he had to do to resolve my issue, he came back and told me the good news -I was getting a new TV. What a relief. Thank you Jake you deserve a raise!

Amazing warranty replacement plan. However if you could speak to someone who spoke English that would be great. These people overseas kept screwing up things until I got to speak to someone state side that took care and fixed everything
