The installation of Microsoft 365 was a blessing and staff was knowledgeable.

The C4 OLED is the only way to go to see a magnificent performance in picture quality. The colors are stunning compared to any other TV’s.

Your crazy if you spend money for a nice tv or other items and do not protect it! The Geek squad is the way to go!

I have the 2-year Geek Squad plan for my TV. I filed a claim when my TV screen stopped working but still had sound. I booked an appointment with Geek Squad, and they came to the house. They serviced my TV and gave me the info to call and order my replacement since there were no parts to fix my issue. The same day I called and the representative helped me with the replacement, ordered the TV, and set up an exchange date. Got my new TV without issues and my grandmother is very happy to watch TV again! It took 2.5 weeks to complete this which was long, but I understand that they had a full schedule when I made the service appt. I would recommend Buybest and their Geek Squad Protection Plans. The technicians were nice and helpful, the representative was kind and resourceful, and the Geek Squad delivery was quick. Thank you Geek Squad!

I have not needed to use Geek Squad but it is nice to have peace of mind knowing if anything happens they have your back.

We haven't used this service yet, we'd like to have them set up our Direct TV to come through our TV remote, but don't want to spend $99 to have them come out. I feel like we really didn't really need this service.
