My laptop is still not protected. Hard time downloading the protection on my computer and laptop.

Did not even end up needing it. What a waste. SMH.

Have not used it yet. I think it's better to be safe than sorry the protection for a piece of equipment that is so expensive

I haven't had to use them yet. Hopefully it'll stay this way. Security if I ever need them

I think this was for delivery service of fridge. If so, I give them three stars because of the fact that they don’t assist more with damaged goods they deliver. Dented fridge door. They take pictures but don’t take it any further. I need to call in. For a garage fridge, it’s not worth my time.

STAY AWAY***. MY 6 WEEKS OLD TV TURNS OFF BY ITSELF AND HAS VERTICAL LINE ACROSS WHEN IT IS ON . GEEKS SQUAD REFUSED TO FIX. THEY TOLD ME TO "CALL SAMSUNG". SUPERVISOR EXTREMELY RUDE, REFUSED TO HAVE MY CALL FORWARDED TO SOMEONE ELSE. SADLY TO SAY, BESTBUY IS NOT LIKE IT USE TO BE.

I only got this just in case the tv gets damaged and because it’s the screen that’s damaged they can’t fix it? What’s the point of buying this separate. So annoying definitely not purchasing this again

The Geek Squad can almost anything that might go wrong with a puchase.

A Geek Squad extended service plan is always a good idea, especially for electronics.

This protection plan is a good investment and is one of the lowest rates available for this category of extended warranty plans.

The Geek Squad service didn’t even check to see why the tv wasn’t working. By just looking at it they claimed that it appears the internal screen is broken and they’re not allowed to send it out to be fixed.

I called Geek Squad 3 times already to simply ask for an e-mail confirmation of my purchase of a 5-year protection plan so I can see and confirm the exact expiration of the coverage of the TV that I purchased. The TV has a manufacturer's warranty of one year so I assumed my TV is covered for 6 years with the additional 5-year plan. The problem is the representative I talked to keep insisting I could find the warranty details in the Best Buy website which is non-existent. I purchased a 2-year protection plus at first and decided to upgrade it to a 5-year after I exchange my TV and I got an e-mail detailing for that 2-year plan. All I am "simply" asking is the same e-mail details, for a 5-year protection warranty. Is this too much to ask? Do a elite customer like me have to call Geek Squad 3 times and get my call transferred multiple times and end up talking to someone who does not have a clue whatsoever?

Haven't had to ask there help with anything yet. Got it just in case.
