My Tv went on the blink and Best Buy replaced it with a brand new one. The only thing I had to buy was another 5 year warranty. Well worth it.

I did purchase a Protection Plan on a previous TV years ago and did have to use it. We were very pleased. The tech came to our house, had the parts he needed, fixed our TV and was finished in less than 45 mins.

I could have purchased a new TV for the cost of the repair.
