This is a service that I have always subscribed to when purchasing a high value item at Best Buy. However I have only used this protection plan on my first TV I purchased at Best Buy. At that time it was of great value to me to have subscribed since I received all the attention and service required until I was satisfied with my product.

I haven’t had anything installed in my house but when I go to the store they are very helpful

We have purchased this warranty to cover the Samsung TV also bought from Best Buy. So far with any warranties we have purchased through them they have honored accordingly.

Nice to know I have additional coverage if needed but hope not to use it

My daughter’s tv stopped working and it was no problem refunding some money because it couldn’t be fixed.

They helped me to setup a fit bit watch and transfer my information from the old computer to the new computer.

This is a protection plan. I have had excellent experience with geek squad changing components on my computer and using best buy warranties on my old smart watch so there shouldn't be an issue. But only time will tell.

I always when buy something from Best Buy I get the geek squad it work for me when I need it

The 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection is an excellent choice; I typically always get this, and when I have had to use it, they have been great!

The Geek Squad service is by far one of the best investments you can make for your technical computer needs. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Well worth the $$ spent.
